Delivery
LW Creative Design will deliver final designs via email or CD in one or several formats as appropriate to the final use. For example: .pdf, .jpg, .eps, .tiff, .png, .pcx, etc.
Identity Package Details
All 5 items comprising the Identity Package are subject to agreement between the client and LW Creative Design LLC. Considerations include time and technical requirements. It is possible that other items may be substituted at the time of agreement.
Identity Option Descriptions
(standard design formats unless otherwise requested. Printing not included)
Business Card:
Standard business card size, 3.5” x 2”
Letterhead/Envelope:
Letter Size - (8.5” x 11”), #10 Business Envelope – (9.5” x 4.125”) Counts as one item.
Ad Template:
One ad concept/design, supplied in three formats – vertical, horizontal, and square, for print or web. Specific uses and sizes provided by client.
Signage Layout:
Options include standard storefront, vehicle, point of purchase, exhibit, etc. Because of the variety in materials and technology, research may cost extra.
Flyer Template:
Letter size (8.5” x 11”), 1 or 2 sides
Standard Brochure:
Letter (8.5” x 11”) or Legal (8.5” x 14”), 2 sides, folded
Promotional Postcard:
5” x 3.5” to 5.5” x 8.5”, 2 sides
Digital Masthead:
This may be for a simple website, email newsletter, constant contact, internet listing, etc. Specific uses and sizes provided by client.
Mailing Labels:
Options include mailing labels, product sticker, product tag, cd label, etc.
If you do not see a specific item on this list, ask about substituting it as an option or receiving an estimate.
